Q. Can I have a 1-1 session in my home?
A. Yes this is often where Nicole does her 1-1’s. Sessions can be safely conducted through social distancing measures.
Q. If I miss a pre-paid session can I get a refund?
A. You have up to four hours to reschedule or cancel a class prior to its starting. Unfortunately, after that, we can’t issue a refund.
Q. Do you offer Concessionary Rates for Difficult Circumstances
A. We strongly believe that yoga is for everyone and have concessionary places available wherever possible. We recognise that finances may have been adversely affected for parent/carers or those suffering from chronic illness.

Q. Do you offer Corporate Training Programmes
A. Yes. I have experience in this area and can tailor programmes to your company’s requirements.
Q. Can my son/daughter join me in my regular yoga or meditation class?
A. Nicole is qualified to teach all ages, but generally, yoga classes are not suitable for under 16’s. However, they are most welcome to join in relaxation classes. If you are unsure, please contact me to discuss your personal circumstances.
Q. What equipment do I need for a yoga class?
A. A yoga mat or soft surface, a cushion and a blanket.
You may decide later to invest in props such as blocks and straps to help with poses but none are mandatory. My philosophy of yoga is for everyone means we don’t need expensive equipment.
Q. What equipment do I need for a Meditation Class?
A. A Blanket and cushion. A chair if you find it hard to sit on the floor. The most important thing is that you are comfortable, you can even do these sessions in your bed.
Q. Do you offer Discretionary Block Bookings
A. Yes. This does not apply to yoga classes but is applicable to Wellbeing and Coaching sessions . See my block booking costs below.
