In each session, we will work together to reach your goals. Nicole will use her experience in coaching people who are struggling with issues such as stress, anxiety, poor sleep and diet and help improve overall lifestyle.

    I enlisted Nicole’s help during a time of career and life transition for me. Nicole provided a mix of counselling, coaching, asana practice, and meditation over several weeks in 1-1 sessions. Nicole’s guidance truly helped me unblock some of the things that were holding me back from fully embracing the changes I’d put in motion. Working with Nicole goes beyond the time spent together through things like journal prompting and other practices to continue at home in your own time, all specifically chosen for the individual. As a result of working with Nicole, I feel more confident and empowered and now have additional tools in my toolkit as I continue positively on this path.
