Start your day with a short, energising morning yoga practice to get you ready for the day ahead. Classes are available Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:15 am.

These 35-minute sessions are designed to get you moving and energised for the day ahead. Quick enough to fit into your morning routine but long enough to set you up for a fantastic day.

This class is online via Zoom. After booking the class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.

    I look forward to these every week! They are short enough to easily fit in, set me up for the day and are long enough to make a difference. Nicole is a great yoga teacher and I am lucky to have found her classes as they have made a such a positive difference to my well-being.
