This class will be whatever you need it to be! I will be practicing yoga, pranayama (breathing) and meditation. I will also be doing some journalling to set me up with a focus for the week. You can join me for all of it, or just some - it's up to you.
Some people need the accountability of joining a 'class', so it might be that you sign on to zoom and do your own thing - and tell me about it for accountability! Or you may wish to join me in my morning routine, the choice is yours 🙂
