Morning Motivation – Meditation & Yoga (35 mins)

These 35-minute motivational yoga and meditation sessions focus on getting the mind and body ready for the day ahead. Monday am at 7.15 am.

This class will be whatever you need it to be! I will be practicing yoga, pranayama (breathing) and meditation. I will also be doing some journalling to set me up with a focus for the week. You can join me for all of it, or just some - it's up to you.

Some people need the accountability of joining a 'class', so it might be that you sign on to zoom and do your own thing - and tell me about it for accountability! Or you may wish to join me in my morning routine, the choice is yours 🙂

This class is online via Zoom. After booking the class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
