This is an intermediate six-week Hatha yoga course intended to deepen your connection to yoga, improve your practice and experience all the benefits that yoga can bring to your life. Not suitable for beginners. Thursday evenings 7.45 pm for 75 minutes.
During this 6 week course, we will focus on mental and physical strength through a variety of rejuvenating and restorative practices. Each week you will learn ways to support your wellbeing with a variety of different techniques from the Sivananda sequence.
The course explores the many different areas of yoga, not just the asanas (poses) but the breathing techniques (pranayama), some yoga philosophy and various elements of the practice. This allows us to learn how to feel stronger and calmer in mind and body - on and off the mat.
Not suitable for beginners, please see my other Hatha Classes if you are new to yoga.
