New to Yoga Nidra? 'Nidra' is the Sanskrit word for 'sleep' - or 'yogic sleep' meaning we are in a state of deep conscious relaxation.

Join us in some gentle stretches, breathing, and relaxation techniques, before settling into a blissful Yoga Nidra. We will also practice 'Tratak' or 'Candle gazing' to focus the mind and practice mindfulness. A full 60 minutes of pure bliss! Suitable for anyone suffering from chronic illness, pain or emotional/compassion fatigue.

This class is online via Zoom. After booking the class, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
