A mixture of yoga and mindfulness for young people.  Proven to help keep body and mind fit and healthy, yoga and meditation is a great way for teens to improve their wellbeing.

Nicole would be happy to do a face-to-face class in the area if there is sufficient interest.  Sessions have previously been on Zoom which also worked well.  Register your interest here.
