about nicole asghar
I created Our Luminous Minds so that together we can find ways to live with greater consciousness, peace and connection.
I believe we have everything we need within us, and together, we can unlock the potential that lies in us all.
My relationship with my mind and body has not always felt luminous.
Being an undiagnosed ADHDer led to various challenges in my life, such as difficulty attending school, chronic illness, body image issues and burnout. However, these challenges also led to a strong desire to make sense of the world. These experiences have made me the therapist I am today. I am passionate about understanding the human experience and enjoy discussing life’s beauty - its light and it’s darkness.
Since recovering from M.E/CFS and burnout and discovering my neurodivergence, I have found joy in yoga, dance, movement, (actual) rest, the beach, cold swimming and dogs! Never am I more joyful than being with dogs on the beach.
Together, I hope we can find the joy that supports you and helps your mind and body to feel luminous too.
The possibilities are endless and unique to us all.
It can feel daunting to begin this process, but you are not alone. Together, we can unlock the potential for more ease, joy and compassion.
