integrative therapy
therapy for neurodiverent clients & Recovery Coaching for Eating disorders, distressed eating, Autistic & ADHD Burnout
Welcome! We’re glad you’re here for yourself or someone you care about.
All aspects of you are accepted, just as you are.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I offer a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ and neuro - affirming space. I’m passionate about blending creativity, movement and mindfulness into the therapeutic process to help you connect to yourself and others, embrace who you are and express yourself freely.
I work with clients of all ages and have a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent families, young people, and those with eating disorders/issues. As a qualified CATT practitioner, I offer therapy for children and young people with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder).
For the last 7 years, I have been integrating approaches from person-centered therapy, yoga, and the arts to allow difficult emotions and complex experiences to be processed and explored beyond words.
Through embodiment, music, art, and aspects of yoga philosophy, breathing techniques, and somatics, we can begin the process of self-discovery and expansion. This can be particularly supportive if you find verbal expression challenging. Together, we find ways that work best for you.
It is best to discuss your individual needs via phone or video call to determine if we are a good fit; therefore, I offer a free 20 minute discovery call. Contact me to book.

therapeutic experience
I love working in a variety of settings and am always keen to explore new places and ways I can work with clients. I’ve offered eating disorder therapy in GP surgeries in the NHS, in charities, schools and private practice. I’ve run yoga therapy sessions in specialist educational schools and yoga classes in mainstream schools. Until recently, I ran mental health and yoga trainings to professionals and parents and workshops in corporate settings. One of my favourite pieces of work has been delivering yoga sessions in a women’s prison.
HOW I WORK
Weekly, Fortnightly, or Monthly 1-1 Zoom Calls or Face-to-Face in Dorset - during our assessment, we will discuss the frequency of sessions. Meeting weekly is recommended to begin with.
After the initial connection call, a comprehensive assessment guides the next steps.
Depending on your aims, we can take a coaching approach which includes additional support and create a focused plan that supports your needs.
Additional support includes resources, specific eating disorder recovery techniques, email and voice note support between sessions, yoga, and meditation recordings.

Testimonial for recovery coaching
“Unexpected full recovery after 32 years of bulimia. I now eat intuitively….and I eat what I like…amazing! Nicole was the perfect coach for me. She is extremely pleasant and was able to relate to some aspects of my disorder, and clearly has a wealth of knowledge in eating disorders and coaching. She provided insight into my thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours and offered alternatives to them. She offered a variety of techniques and goals that progressed, as I progressed. I never thought that I could be free of binging and purging without it being a daily struggle. The lack of obsession about food and binging and purging has given me time, space and peace. Thank you!”
FAQs
what ages do you work with?
I work with clients of all ages. If you are looking for therapy for your child/teen, it is often best to work together as a family. We can discuss how to work collaboratively to ensure the best support for your child.
will you need to see my medical records?
If we are about to embark on therapy for eating disorders, then I might need to be in contact with your GP to ensure that coaching is safe and appropriate for you at this time. I do not need to view your medical records however, it is best to have open communication with your medical professionals.
What is covered in the discovery call?
We will spend 20 minutes on a WhatsApp call/video exploring how I may be able to support you with the challenges you are currently experiencing. It’s important to make sure I have the right approach for you.
how long will it be until I see results?
Unfortunately, it is hard to predict this. Everyone has their own unique reason for seeking therapy, meaning they will have their own unique timeline.
I’ve tried everything, why will this be different?
I have worked with many clients who have felt this way, and we have found a combined approach of coaching and therapy can begin this transformational process. What I offer is unique in that I integrate a variety of approaches and will tailor our sessions so you receive the most appropriate support for your needs and experiences.

“My experience was very positive and exceeded all my expectations. From my very first session, Nicole provided a very comfortable, safe and trustworthy space to talk about my binge eating struggles in a way that felt very therapeutic and healing. Throughout the whole process in establishing strategies to stop binging, I felt extremely supported. Nicole was excellent at listening very attentively to my struggles and is very skilled in suggesting recovery strategies that were genuinely useful, unique and specific to my needs at the time they were raised. I have now recovered from binge eating after 4 months of Nicole’s coaching - which I never imagined I could achieve so soon! I had previously tried to stop BED through self-help books alone with no success and thought it would take years of therapy to address the other struggles in my life to get rid of BED. Astonishingly, I still have those struggles in my life, but I’m no longer using binge eating to cope with them!”
